I looked at my reflection in the mirror and grinned.
I was wearing pants. Proper pants. Straight leg, slightly stretchy printed pants.
And they fit well.
My first thought was, these will look good until I get my new leg.
And then I remembered.
My new leg won’t have a bulky socket. This will be how my leg will look forever. I won’t have to worry about choosing pants that hide the bulkiness of the leg.
I grinned wider.
I can wear pants and boy it’s a good feeling.
